For the producing job:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communication, Telecommunication and Film, Journalism or related field and one (1) year of experience or an approved combination of comparable education and experience in which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been attained.

For the editing job:

High school diploma or GED and at least three (3) years of videotape editing work experience; OR vocational or technical school degree in a telecommunications or other relevant field and at least two (2) years videotape editing work experience; OR associate’s degree in telecommunications or other relevant field and at least one (1) year of videotape editing work experience; OR bachelor’s degree in a telecommunication or other relevant field.

Ability to operate video and video editing equipment. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to judge and act independently. Good organizational and time management skills. Creative and artistic skills. Working knowledge of computers and graphic design related skills.
